"He's making a list, YOU'RE checking it twice..."

No, I'm not Santa Claus, but I need your help with something (not making toys, sorry). Now that the mind-numbing data entry for CAS is for all intents and purposes done, I printed a copy of the complete hours and whether or not you turned in a visual and an SFS form. I’d suggest that you come by the outside of my classroom (A-23) and take a look at the list, which is done by student number and see if your information is accurate. If for some reason it isn’t (mistakes do happen), then come by my room during my CAS hours and we’ll go through your CAS file and make things right. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH HOURS, OR YOUR HAVEN’T TURNED IN A VISUAL OR AN SFS FORM, YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM ME. Your files need to be thoroughly and absolutely complete, so your input is needed. So be a good elf and stop by very soon. Many thanks.

DUE DATES FOR CAS and MYP CS HOURS

All MYP students! Your mid-year check in for community service is due on January 24th. To be on track, you should have 10 of your 20 required hours completed. Then you need to fill out Step 2 in the MYP packet, make sure the hours are signed off, and then turn it in to me in room A-23 on the aforementioned date.

SENIORS! ALL (and I mean ALL) CAS hours and paperwork are due on January 27th. You need to turn in all hours sheets, evaluations, and AEF forms PLUS the SFS form as well as a CAS visual. Your CAS file will not be considered complete until all of this has been turned in. If you fail to meet this deadline, expect to hear from me in the very near future. Your IB diploma depends on it.

Want to avoid the long lines on the 24th and the 27th? Get your paperwork turned in now and you can relax, while the rest of the masses are standing in line on those dates.
